Working a private charter preserved locos grab some sun at Gulgong while the cars are watered and patrons explore the historic town, 4490 is a DL500B ALCO built under license by A E Goodwin in July 1967, 4306 is a UM-118T GE built under license by Goninans in June 1957 and the last of 6 the others have been scrapped, 44211 is a DL500G ALCO also built by A E Goodwin in September 1971. These locos and carriages are preserved and operated by The New South Wales Rail Transport Museum along with many steam and diesel exhibits.
