FCC 206 2-8-0, Central of Peru Ry., built by Beyer-Peacock in 1937 in England, was fired up and alive July 28, 2008 next to EMD JT 26-CW-2 2600-hp Spanish-built diesel at FVCA’s shops at La Oroya, Peru. La Oroya has a copper smelter and isn’t the cleanest city. Those are protective screens over the 701’s front windows.
From a hint of "Bee" (NKP 765), colorful "Bees" (KCS), "Bees" w/ "attitude", to "Bees" that "sting" your eyes, in their own way they have "Bee" on display! Equipment that "Buzzes" with Yellow & Black colors! ("Bees" can still "Bee" entering this "hive"!)
