Forty-Five years ago DB diesel-hydraulic B-B Bo 220 086-6, one of the former V200 series, approaches Lamerden with the heavy 06.53 Dresden to Duisburg Interzonal D-zug on a lovely Easter Saturday evening in 1969. This train would have been brought through 'iron curtain' to Bebra by one of the DR's 01.5 Pacifics.
