Class 15F No.3052, belonging to famous wildlife artist David Shepard, but on-loan to Reefsteamers, has just entered into Rooiwal behind electric traction (steam is not allowed to operate by itself on South Africa's 'mainlines'), however, one of the two units hauling the train had failed and had had to be removed to a siding at Rooiwal station; providing us with the opportunity to photograph 3052 by herself.
