Remarks & Notes

Santa Fe 4-8-4 3751 departs San Bernardino (for Los Angeles) as BNSF Railway train Z-MEMLAC9-10A (led by 6959, 7106 and 8068) overtakes it on the adjacent mainline. The trackage in the foreground, including the track that the steamer is on, belong to Metrolink, which the mainlines and the intermodal yard (where Santa Fe's locomotive and car shops used to stand) are BNSF property.
