It is the annual San Bernardino Railroad Days, and Santa Fe 4-8-4 3751 has just arrived with its train as an eager crowd strains to get a look at it. On an adjacent track, apparently being used as a photo platform by some of those in line to go through the cab, is BNSF Railway 3GS21C 1306.
