Remarks & Notes

When BN severed its former GN ore dock complex from rail access in the mid-1980s it left a self propelled American crane on top of Dock 2 in order to facilitate the repair of dock chutes that lined the side of the docks. This shot, taken with permission, shows the faded crane rusting away, likely waiting for the day when the docks are dismantled (the docks last saw activity in 1988).
