Remarks & Notes

While preparing to move NCTM's Southern GP30 from a roundhouse track to the turntable, the engineer starts up the EMD, shooting a could of smoke into the sky. Far above is a crescent moon, which is very fitting for an event hosted next to the Southern's crescent mainline.
