So you went railfanning and saw a geep. Big deal, you didn't see a Jeep. This 0-4-0 is so reflective of Army versatility and practicality and the WWII barracks reflect an earlier time. Ft. Chaffee in now an industrial area and we will soon have a drum and bugle corps.
