It's not every day that HLCX SD40-2s are seen in the area, especially those still donnning the Cascade Green of the Burlington Northern. But things have been out of the ordinary lately, with a lot of opportunities to be had with rare consists. Here, the Gainesville to Athens local has just recieved permission to leave, and the 1979-built EMD leads the seven car train towards Athens.
