Remarks & Notes
A remarkable event on the Dean Forest Railway - the arrival of the first through service from Gloucester to Parkend since 1929.As part of the railways "Diesel Unit Gala",they arranged with First Great Western to run a class 150 unit through to the Forest of Dean terminus at Parkend. The train can be seen here shortly after arrival, together with some of the 200 passengers who enjoyed this special event.
