| The Carolina Special passes over the SCL raceway, enroute to Savannah from Charleston. Powered by doubleheaded steam courtesy of Southern #'s 722 & 4501, fans on the back porch enjoy the ride. Charleston hosted the 1970 NRHS Convention. |
