While this might look like a standard Maryland Midland engine, it is not. This is former MMID 300, that has been repainted ( but numbered into the G&W system), and is now the MMID heritage unit. On the battery box cover you can see "MMID Pride" stenciled on. While the MMID will carry on in primarily G&W corporate colors, this unit will serve to remind everyone of the proud heritage that lived in blue & orange.
