February 22nd, 2014. (From left to right) Rob Shatsnider, R&LHS Chairman, Mayor Elliott Rothman, Mayor of Pomona, and Ed Dickens, Sr. Manager Heritage Operations for the Union Pacific Railroad ride the newly donated former Union Pacific diesel #3105, an SD-40 manufactured by General Motors in 1966, into her new display position at Railgiants Museum in Pomona CA. 3105 now occupies that space that was vacated with the return of the Big Boy 4014 that was acquired by the Union Pacific on January 26th, 2014 for restoration and operation.
