In central Tokyo between Akihabara and Ochanomizu stations, a JR East series E257-500 EMU running on the Sobu Line, and a motor coach belonging to the Tobu Railway Co. are reflected in the Kandagawa River as they follow their respective routes through the city. The train is operating a limited express “Boso” service between Tokyo and Chiba prefecture.
