Descending from Scary Hill, eastbound crude oil loads ease into the curve approaching W.E. Dock. New oil trains have introduced foreign power to the C&O for the first time in many years. Destined for Yorktown, VA and their new refined oil and storage facility, the 100 car train will return west with empties in a few short days, destined for the Bakken oil fields of North Dakota.
