| After being released from CSX's Huntington Locomotive shops less than a week ago, CSX built GP38-3 No. 2000 and GP40-3 No. 6500 lead a loaded coal train through the yard tracks of the CSX/KRT interchange yard at Ceredo. The new crash worthy cab equipped four axle rebuilds include auto star features, an electronic handbrake, and are equipped with Positive Train Control. This is the inaugural set of four axle rebuilds to be released form Huntington with 22 total locomotives expected to be rebuilt in 2014. |
