A BNSF unit aggregate train, operating on trackage rights gained from the UP/SP merger, heads north on the Union Pacific Austin Subdivision. The train was loaded in Marble Falls, Texas on local shortline Austin Western Railroad. As an engineer for the AWRR, I appreciate the outstanding performance these new CitiRail ES44AC's deliver on the challenging Hill Country grades west of Austin.
