St. Paul, MN, to Chicago, IL, Z-train is the 3rd Z-train in a row eastbound on the C&I this morning. Most everything else is parked or slowly moving and in need of dogcatch crews. BNSF on the northern route is in rough shape with all the increase in business, hard winter weather, and the untimely derailments the past 2 months.
