Amtrak 600 heads north for Boston with a short three-car consist after appearing at a "launch event" at Philadelphia's 30th Street Station earlier in the day. The unit is scheduled to lead the first revenue run of an ACS-64 on the Northeast Corridor the next day. The schedule calls for 600 to lead Northeast Regional train 171 from Boston to Washington, DC.
