T-Motors on the Zephyr
Amtrak’s eastbound California Zephyr has some extra power in the form of two Rio Grande Tunnel Motors on July 7, 1988, as the train flies through Geneva, Utah. EMD SD40T-2s Nos. 5407 and 5366 help three F40PHs (one or more possible failing) with the long train that includes two private cars on the rear. |
