| Tied down and basking in the morning light, Big Eagle SW1500 No. 01 sits coupled to a string of vintage coal hoppers on the grounds of the former Winifrede Railroad in Chesapeake. Several weeks have gone by since the Big Eagle Railroad has received cars from CSX, proof of the present inconsistent coal market across the Appalachian region. |
