| The Port of Shreveport owns two Baldwin RS4TC switchers. These switchers, numbered 3001 (ex USA 3001, ex USA 1269) and 4021 (ex Army) are operated cab first and in tandem nose to nose. The Port is on the Red River and these switchers were tied up for the weekend. |
