Blizzard Conditions Blizzard conditions have set in up in northeastern South Dakota has high winds, coupled with sub zero temps, whip freshly fallen snow up into the air. A reactivated SD75I takes it all in stride awaiting assignment on the team track at BNSF's Aberdeen Yard.
