Remarks & Notes

The operator has his train of empty ore cars well in hand as we approach the crossover at milepost 12.5. This train was following a loaded tailings train back to Babbitt and had two leased CREX GEs for power (the GEs have since been returned but the private mining railroad will be testing EMD SD70ACe units in February). Taken with permission.
