| CNW 902 at Proviso, photographer possibly Robert Anderson, slide came from Richard Wallin years ago. The four CNW RS-27's were ill-fated and apparently had a multitude of problems that CNW couldn't solve. They were traded back to Alco after only four years of operation. The units that replaced them(C425's) were much more reliable and gave the CNW about 20 years of fairly good service. |
