| The fifth running of crude oil loads for the new Plains All American Pipeline facility in Yorktown, VA roll through Cheylan alongside the Kanawha River. The 97 car train, which originated in Chicago on the 3rd of January was delayed extensively due to extreme cold across Illinois and Indiana. Run through power from the trains origination in North Dakota has brought a dose of foreign power to former C&O rails, too. |
