| The Kansas City, Missouri Skyline looms in the distance as SP Heritage Locomotive leads UP Train IDULB 19 down the UP KC Metro Sub. past the former Rock Island Armourdale Yard. The yard passed to the Southern Pacific via the Cotton Belt after the Rock shutdown, and obviously the yard became UP property in 1996 with that merger. Depending upon how you look at it, this engine is right at home here. |
