| Vermont Rail System's GMRC 263 train is seen at Ludlow, Vermont, with a trio of red locos (GP40-2 308, GP38-3 206 and CLP GP38 203) as the temp reached a high of -10-degrees F with windchill of -30 and blowing snow creating whiteout conditions at times. The train is brought to you one day away from the Vermont Railway's 50th Anniversary and the big unveiling of the specially painted locomotive.
