| Ex Great Western Railway "Modified Hall" 7903 "Foremarke Hall" was new to the mainline in 1949,and worked both passenger and freight trains until withdrawn in 1964.The loco then languished at Barry scrapyard until purchased by enthusiasts in 1981.Restored to full working use,the loco began life again in 2004.Unfortunately her boiler certificate has now expired,so the loco is to undergo a full overhaul.7903 is seen here passing Didbrook,shortly after leaving Toddington with a service for Cheltenham Racecourse on her last working day. |
