DMIR SD9 Nos. 162, 137 and 134 are being readied at Proctor Yard to head up a train of empty ore jennies to the Missabe Iron Range. SD18 No. 183 awaits its assignment in the background. These SDs are wearing the original color scheme with the modified yellow vertical nose stripe that was added starting in 1967. The "arrowhead" scheme began to show up in 1970.
