Snow at 1,400 feet! Pulga has always been a popular spot for railroad photographers to shoot the classic "double bridges" over the Feather River. But at only 1,400 feet above sea level, Pulga rarely sees snow. Due to winterstorm Dion's cold temperatures, snow was still on the ground in the afternoon of December 7th. In this photograph, BNSF 4576 brings a westbound manifest through the snow at the famous Pulga double bridges.
