| Under a drab sky, IC 6254 leads 136 car loads of still steaming taconite pellets down the hill from the U.S. Steel Minntac plant heading for Proctor, MN. Of note: CN has been installing new modern "Vader" type hooded signals along the Minntac Sub. While not operational yet, they are close to being ready to go and will then be replacing the classic searchlight style and another piece of the former Missabe will be in the history books. |
