Sporting natural Christmas colors, the Vermont Rail System's Santa Train made a pair of round trips from Bellows Falls, Vermont, on Saturday, November 23 with the Clarendon & Pitsford GP40-2 306 leading the eight-car train along the Connecticut River at Bellows Falls. Fishermen are taking in one of their last chances for the season as snow is literally just hours away and more forecast through the week.
