Some locations on my 'wish list' seem persistently evasive to produce the desired effect. Either an errant cloud appears out of nowhere or the planned locomotive fails to appear. Even when the portents are good, an ill wind will unexpectedly wreathe the subject in unwanted exhaust. Perhaps the locomotive will just drift idly by showing no more 'action' than the average snail! Today, after several previous false starts, all was well with the world. Balancing on a decidedly precarious bridge parapet, half buried in vegetation and teetering on the brink of an early demise in the waters below - was this to be my day? It most certainly was!
