Rio Grande lumber drag 126 rolls downgrade through Castle Gate the afternoon of June 25, 1988. The coal conveyor in the background leads to Utah Power & Light's Carbon Power Plant (now owned by PacifiCorp) which is scheduled for early retirement in 2015.
