Remarks & Notes

In the woods of upstate New York remain the last active rails of the long abandoned New York, Ontario and Western. Emerging from the fog is the CSX local out of Fulton with two cars to be spotted at industries in Phoenix and Oswego. About 12 active miles remain of the mostly rural and unneeded line that spanned from the New York City area to upstate NY.
