| Aproaching the CSX/RJC interchange at Thurmond, the entire fleet of SD40-2T's for the West Virginia operations follow the Loup Creek Gorge downgrade toward Thurmond from Mt. Hope during fall peak. With two outbound empty cars for CSX, the local will return back west to Mt. Hope with two loads of blasting agents for the spur at Austin Powder. |
