The westbound SOUTHWEST CHIEF meets an eastbound freight at Watrous, New Mexico, March 6, 2005. Watrous siding is located just east of Las Vegas, New Mexico, on the La Junta, Colorado, to Albuquerque line, and is about the only siding on the line still fully protected by semaphores.
