CP ethanol train 642 is staged in the new 3 track Colonie Yard while it waits for its turn to unload at the Port of Albany. The power, including a new ECO unit, has been split up onto each cut and includes a DME and ICE unit. This new yard was recently built on the site of the old Colonie Yard which was abandoned in the late 1980's. Located just outside Watervliet in the Town of Colonie, this site also once hosted the main shop facility for the D&H.
