It's only August 14th, but the temperature and wind makes it feel like November 14th, as this classic GP38 plays with dozens of brand new BNSF racks, delivered from Hamilton Steel Car the night before. The livery on this EMD is short lived, soon to painted to RLK's black and orange paint.
