Remarks & Notes
An empty unit coal train has just passed through Pinecliffe, and is about to enter Rollins Canyon through Tunnel 30. This view from the rocky ridge that necessitated Tunnel 30 is looking northward toward Pinecliffe along South Boulder Creek, and near the rear of the train is the old icehouse that used to be located there. Powering this westbound Union Pacific train are four Southern Pacific GE AC4400CWs.
