| Departing Washington Union Station for points northeast, an Acela trainset passes Amtrak's distinctive K Tower, the dispatching and operations center for the entire Washington Terminal. Hundreds of moves operate each day in and out of the Terminal, dispatched by four on duty operators upstairs. Photo taken while complying with safety requirements and with permission. |
