| After beginning his day nearly 14 hours ago at the peak of the morning commuter rush, a single passenger crosses the right of way, as the second to last train of the evening commuter rush disappears into the curve west of the Harpers Ferry station. This very process will be repeated in less than 12 hours, as passengers make their way into the District from the suburbs of eastern panhandle of West Virginia. |
