| SP's westbound Leesdale Local is working hard upgrade as it takes the big curve towards the Chatsworth tunnels in a location that has been used for many a publicity shot of eastbounds from the road in distance. On the head end are auto racks for interchange to the Ventura County Railway for loading of Mazda vehicles in Oxnard. Sadly just around the curve is where the tragic head on occured a few years ago between a westbound Metrolink commuter train and an eastbound UP local. |
