| A Santa Fe pig train makes its way up and around the Loop as it heads east. The cross atop the hill at the Loop's center is a memorial to those railroaders who have given their lives in the service of the Santa Fe and Southern Pacific on Tehachapi and Cajon Pass. The photographer proposes to have this hill called "Steinheimer Hill" in honor of railroad photographer Richard Steinheimer. |
