The final GWI-painted unit to roll out of the New England Central Railroad's shops at St. Albans, Vermont, under the hands of contract painters, was the Cape Breton & Central Nova Scotia GP9 1705. Unit is seen literally just a few short hours out of the paint booth on Sunday, May 12.
