Remarks & Notes 
At the early morning hour of 2:25am, NS 9124 idles on the head end of the 36 passenger cars and 4 stock cars that contribute to the total 61 car consist of RBBB's Blue Unit train. The passenger consist is tied down on the grounds of the West Virginia Capitol while the remaining equipment cars are loaded with wagons in downtown. Well into the early morning hours of Monday, train crews with the Blue Unit loaded dozens of flat cars with equipment wagons. The loading took well over 10 hours and the total consist did not depart Charleston until 7:00am.
