Engineers Construction Inc. (ECI) crews are busy at work replacing the Elm Street multi-track crossing in St. Albans on the New England Central Swanton Subdivision. As crews positioned a section of newly constructed panel track, the NECR 500 chip train is seen rolling southbound with the GWI-painted NECR GP40CU 3809/MT-4 809/GP40-2 437 consist.
