"Amtrak Work Unit in Tow"

On a sunny afternoon I heard about Q418 on CSX's Trenton Sub! While on Rt. 17 I heard CSX's NI Dispatcher over the scanner but it wasn't the clearest signal. I heard him mention something about permission out so I assumed it was Q418! It wasn't Q418 as he didn't come for at least 2 hours after I heard this! This is still an epic catch do to the Amtrak Work Engine!
